ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Manager
specialising in Business Continuity and Third-Party Manufacturing and
(3PL) to play a key role in setting a global strategy to ensure
business continuity within our global supply chain. The successful
candidate can be from one of our locations across Europe and be
willing to travel up to **Apply on the website**% of their working
week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Set the global strategy for Third Party Manufacturing and 3PL, in
conjunction with Global and Regional VPs
* Overall accountability for ensuring third party providers adhere to
globally defined engagement
* Engaging with internal and external expertise as required to
develop Kerry**Apply on the website**;s overall capability in all
areas (including knowledge build and training for stakeholders and
business owners)
* Global TPM & 3 PL leadership - ensuring compliance through
establishing and evaluating against clearly understood legal and
compliance risk controls. Leverage current best practices and
establish a training schedule for use across TPM Community
* The creation, rollout and maintenance of a Business Continuity
program, including evaluation and testing control paths and conducting
business impact analysis,
* Developing Business Continuity frameworks and principles that are
scalable globally and operationally sustainable
* Execute/support the facilitation of the Business Impact Analysis
Program
* Support the response to, and management of, disruptive incidents
* Foster a One-Kerry mindset across global footprint - lead the
overall consistent KPI scorecard structure of Global performance
* Partners closely with the Regional Supply Chain team & Procurement
team to identify and drive continuous improvement to support the
dynamic and growing business environment for TPM & 3PL
* Present findings to executive management and provide strategic
input into the BCP program improvements to address gaps.
* Drive Strategic goals for TPM & 3PL management and sourcing to
optimize transparency and value associated vendor engagement
* Defines Warehouse Operations Standards & Guidelines and Training to
deploy standardized & harmonized processes across the regions
_QUALIFICATIONS_ and skills
* BS degree or equivalent required
* Have several years**Apply on the website**; experience in a
manufacturing/business compliance/supply chain environment
* Strategic in their approach to the work, ensuring expected outcomes
are realized
* People leadership and management experience
* Have excellent communication and reporting skills
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement ability with the ability to
understand and navigate complex matrix operations
* Proven track record of achieving results with a a strong bias
toward action
* Strong attention to detail & excellent clarity of presentation
